We hope you are enjoying the change of season (!) and looking forward to the Easter break. Here at First Days Children’s Charity we continue to be busy supporting lots of children and families in the Wokingham, Bracknell and Reading areas with school uniform and essentials they need to be confident, have fun and be safe.
Our charity is solely funded by donations, grants and our fundraising events.
As one of the schools in our community we wanted to share with you two of our family fun events coming up;
- Easter Hop; Friday 29 March – Sunday 14 April at Sandhurst Memorial Park. Simply pick up a trail map from Sandhurst Café in the Park, find the letters scattered around the park to discover the secret Easter-themed word and get rewarded with a sweet treat.
- Colour Run – Sunday 12 May at Prospect Park, Reading. A fun event for the whole family. You can walk, run, dance, crawl or hop your way around the 2.5km course – once or twice. There will be four colour stations where you emerge a different colour to the one you started!!
