Born to Move classes – Monday 6 November

Born to Move classes begin Monday 6 November at Loddon Valley, Wokingham Leisure centre and Bulmershe Leisure Centre. The target audience is those children who are less active and those who may not engage in activity outside of school. Born to move is a virtual instructor led class featuring fun moves, incorporating martial arts, yoga and dance Classes are designed for children aged 8-12, but younger siblings are welcome to join in the fun. Under 8’s must be accompanied by an adult.
