Term Dates 2024-25

Dear all,

As a member of our school community, you’re invited to the PTA Annual General Meeting in the Infant School staff room (which can be accessed from the outside door in between the entrance to Redwood Early Years and the Junior School playground green gate) on Tuesday 2 July. The meeting will run from 7pm – 8pm and there will be a small selection of drinks and nibbles. At the meeting we’ll elect committee members for the year ahead, review recent PTA events and discuss planned events/initiatives for the rest of this academic year. The meeting agenda is attached, as are the minutes from the last PTA meeting for you to read if you wish. 

Parents, carers and teachers are very welcome to join the meeting and the PTA would be very happy to see lots of friendly faces. If you can come along please let us know in advance by emailing: [email protected] so we can welcome you on the day. If you aren’t able to attend but do have feedback about recent / upcoming events you’d like to share with the Committee and Head Teachers, or you’d like to get more involved in PTA events / activities, you can share it with us using the same email address. 

Our PTA needs you! There are five exciting roles available on the Committee from July 2024 and you’ll find some information attached to this email. If you’re interested in a committee role and would like to find out more please contact us via email – we’d love to hear from you: [email protected].
