SEND Voices Wokingham (the independent parent carer forum for Wokingham Borough) are running the annual SEND survey to get a complete understanding of the Special Educational Needs and/or Disability services for families in the Borough. We would love to hear your experiences of education, health and social care services in the Wokingham Borough.

The survey will run until the 30th June and is for ALL families who live in the Wokingham Borough and who have a child aged 0-25 years with ANY special educational need and/or disabilities to understand where services are working well and where improvements still need to be made.
